1. Orders: All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

2. Payment: Payment must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.

3. Shipping: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues once the package has been delivered. All packages are tracked and couriered within 21days of order. You will receive tracking information via email. If the package does not arrive, customer must make contact with us within 21days of send date. Replacement orders/refunds on delivery dispute after 21day timeframes are at out discretion. Shipping method may include "leave without signature" authorisation with photographic verification of delivery by couriers.

4. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the damaged product and its packaging for a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property: All designs, logos, and content on our website are the property of our company or is licensed to us. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Order Details: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all product order details, including sizing, spelling, delivery address and contact information, and product options, are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any errors made by the customer in the ordering process, this includes non or delayed delivery due to incorrect shipping selection.

7. Returns and Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns on personalized items once production has started or once the customer has received the item. Replacement orders/refunds on delivery dispute after 21day timeframes are at out discretion. 8. Product Variations: Please note that product colors and appearances may vary slightly from what is seen online due to differences in screen settings and printing techniques.

9. Order Modifications: Product order variations can be made as long as requested within a reasonable timeframe prior to production starting. Any changes requested after this timeframe may not be possible.

10. Privacy Policy: We value your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information* with third parties. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information* we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. Information* collected refers to Name, Delivery and/or Billing address, E-mail address and phone number collected at checkout where applicable.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Customers are responsible for checking for updates regularly.
